4. Subscription and Fees
We offer subscription plans that grant access to exclusive content, including curated loops and beats. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected by the user. All payments are non-refundable. Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time; however, access to paid content will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. License to Use Loops
Upon purchase or download of loops through our Service, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these assets in your own productions, subject to the following conditions:
- You may use the loops in any music production (commercial or personal).
- You may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise share the loops in their original form.
- You retain full ownership of any derivative works created using our loops. However, for major placements, you must contact us to obtain approval and arrange royalty splits.
- Some packs and kits are distributed on behalf of third-party producers, and as such, their own terms and conditions apply, which are included in the documentation provided with each kit.
6. Intellectual Property
All loops, and other content on the Service are the intellectual property of Loop Vault or our content contributors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or public display of any content is prohibited.
7. User-Generated Content
Users may upload content, including beats or contributions to the community forum. By uploading content, you grant Loop Vault a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your content on our platform. You are solely responsible for any content you post.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws while using the Service.
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Share, distribute, or sell loops or beats in violation of the licensing agreement.
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious software.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the availability, quality, or functionality of the Service.
